Loaner Vehicle Information

We please ask that you adhere to our strict no pets and no smoking policy. We appreciate if you treat our loaner vehicles as if they were your own so that others can benefit from them too.

If this guideline is not follow there may be a $250 cleaning fee charged upon return.

We do our best to ensure each vehicle is at the full level when receiving the vehicle so that it's easier for you to just top the vehicle fuel off prior to your return. If it is not topped off a fee for the fuel used will be applied to your bill upon check out.

It is required that a copy of your insurance policy is provided prior to taking any loaner vehicle to ensure your policy has comprehensive and collision coverage. If you do not, some insurance companies can provide additional coverage for the amount of time your are borrowing the loaner vehicle.

We recommend scheduling loaner vehicles ahead of time to ensure availability. Due to high demand they usually book out about 5-10 days in advance. Sometimes there is availability same day but if it is not an emergency we recommend you schedule and request one

prior to your visit.
